Promote a consistent historical and inviting appearance for the street. Support improvement to façades, storefronts, signs, displays, landscaping, and neutral ground.

Organization |
Manage operations and market the organization. Build consensus and cooperation among the many interested agencies, groups and individuals. Raise funds for the project. |
Promotion |
Market North Rampart Street to customers, potential investors, new businesses, local citizens and visitors. Improve retail sales through events and festivals. Create a positive image for the street.

Economic Restructuring

Develop incentives to promote and strengthen existing businesses and to attract new businesses. Prepare and disseminate information about incentives for potential and existing businesses, and promote residential development and use.
